For this project, we installed Brava Single Width Slate in the sophisticated Arendale color, utilizing a 10” exposure to perfectly replicate the timeless aesthetic of natural stone. To complement the new roof, we integrated over 300 linear feet of custom-fabricated 16 oz red copper flashing , including hand-soldered valleys, drip edges, and a beautiful copper roof on the home’s rounded section.
Our team ensured maximum durability by using stainless steel fasteners and high-performance GAF ice and water shields across all critical valleys and rakes.
We also expertly handled the home’s flat roof sections with a robust 60 Mil EPDM system and updated the siding with color-matched James Hardie boards to ensure a seamless exterior finish. The result is a high-performance, breathtaking home protected by our 15-year workmanship warranty and Brava’s 50-year material warranty.
