Brian serves as one of our Customer Experience Managers at Gunner Roofing, where he plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of the call center and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. With a decade of experience in call center environments, including seven years in leadership positions, Brian brings a wealth of expertise to his role. One of Brian’s favorite aspects of his job is coaching his team, helping them to improve their customer service skills and supporting their professional development. He finds great satisfaction in seeing team members advance and make significant contributions to the company’s success.

When not at work, Brian enjoys watching sports, spending quality time with his family, and traveling. The most Uncontractor thing about Brian is his extensive travel to 33 countries, showing a preference for city exploration over beach relaxation, with Medellín, Colombia, ranking as his favorite destination. This aspect of his personality diverges from the typical expectations of someone in the roofing industry, highlighting his broad worldview and multifaceted interests beyond his professional life.
