Meet the team

Nicole is our National Sales Trainer and brings nearly two decades of sales experience and four years as a trainer to her role. Her expertise is underscored by exceptional communication skills, adept relationship building, and an unwavering work ethic. Nicole’s passion shines through in her creation of training content and her eagerness to learn from everyone at Gunner, fostering a dynamic learning environment.

Outside of work, she indulges in cooking, visiting wineries, dancing, working out, hiking with her dog, and reading, with a particular passion for culinary adventures. Perhaps the most Uncontractor aspect of Nicole is her presence as a woman in the roofing industry, where she brings a unique blend of expertise and empathy, challenging stereotypes and enriching the team with her diverse perspective and approach.
